From hospitality and outreach to prayer, media, and children’s ministry, each department is built around serving people with intention, authenticity, and love. Together, these teams help transform simple gatherings into a genuine community experience where lives are impacted and relationships grow.
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team helps create the atmosphere of DMV Overflow Room by making people feel welcomed, seen, and comfortable from the moment they walk in. Whether it’s greeting someone at the door, helping people connect, or simply creating a warm environment, this team helps turn a room into community.
Events Team
The Events Team helps bring the vision of DMV Overflow Room to life through intentional planning, organization, and execution. From gatherings to special events, this team helps create experiences where people can encounter God, build relationships, and grow together.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team provides spiritual covering for DMV Overflow Room through consistent prayer and intercession. This team helps cultivate an atmosphere where people can encounter God deeply by covering gatherings, leadership, outreach efforts, and the community in prayer.
Social Media Team
The Social Media Team helps tell the story of DMV Overflow Room online through content, creativity, and digital engagement. From capturing moments during gatherings and outreach to creating content that encourages and invites people in, this team helps extend the impact beyond the room.
Children’s Ministry
Children’s Ministry creates a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn about God in a way that is intentional, age-appropriate, and impactful. This team helps families feel supported while pouring into the next generation.
Outreach Team
The Outreach Team serves beyond the four walls by building relationships and showing the love of Christ through community outreach efforts such as serving at shelters, prison fellowship initiatives, and local community events.
